School Site Council
School Site Council (SSC) is a school advisory committee composed of elected parents and staff members. Elected members serve 2 year terms. Together they develop, monitor, and refine our yearly Single School Plan and make recommendations for Acacia. SSC generally meets the third Tuesday of the month at 3pm, in Room 4. Meetings are open to the entire Acacia Community. Only members of SSC have a vote. Agendas and minutes are available in the office.

District Advisory Council 2025-2026 Meeting Calendar
All meetings of advisory councils are open to the public to attend. Anyone from the public can join a sub-committee of any advisory council.
English Language Advisory Council (ELAC)
ELAC meets 5 times per year and serves in an advisory capacity for our students who are learning English. This Council gives input for EL programs, funds, and parent involvement/education opportunities.
